Please allow 48 hours for us to process your request. At that point, we will be in contact to discuss any shipping and delivery charges that may apply, and will direct you to make your 25% deposit.

Please note that there is a $5000 minimum for all wholesale orders. To reach this minimum, you may place an order for any combination of trees, wreaths, and garland (wreaths by bundle only). Any orders that do not meet that base will not be processed.

2024 Wholesale Product Terms & Conditions

Terms: To qualify for Mistletoe Meadows wholesale prices, a minimum order is required. The order must include a minimum of $5000 (trees, greenery products, or a combination of both). All wreaths are to be sold in bundles as stated on our order forms/website. All final wholesale orders must be placed by October 16, 2024.

Payments: First-time customers must pay for their order in full by November 1, 2024. For repeat customers, a 25% deposit is required and is due 5 business days after an order is placed unless other arrangements have been made. Payment is due in full at the time of pickup or delivery. Payment can be made via cash, wire transfer, bank check, money order, pre-approved check, or credit card. If paying by credit card, please note there will be a 3% service fee added to your total balance due. Your balance of the order must be paid at delivery.

Delivery: All pricing is FOB Laurel Springs, NC. No additional delivery charges are incurred if trees and/or greenery are picked up from the farm. Delivery from our farm to your location will require additional delivery charges based on distance. When placing your order and requesting pickup or delivery dates, we ask that you provide a preferred date and time and we ask that you be flexible with this date and time. Due to unforeseen weather circumstances, wreaths and garland being made of perishable plant material, and trees requiring to be freshly cut, we cannot guarantee your date of delivery/pickup and request your flexibility.

Tax: NC Sales Tax will be charged on all accounts unless tax exempt number is supplied prior to invoicing.

Claims: Any claims or concerns regarding the order must be made within 24 hours after pickup or delivery. Greenery products are made of perishable plant material. We cannot be responsible for the deterioration of our products after the merchandise has been delivered.

Tree and Greenery Care Suggestions: When marketing product or storing until delivery or pickup, keep out of direct sunlight and wind. Storing in a dark, cool, damp environment will ensure a longer-lasting product. Misting with water will keep products fresh.
